Full Time Rounds Chef
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionElevated Dining Restaurant is looking for a Full Time Rounds Cook.
Your main focus will be the sautee station making menu items to order according to recipe specifications this includes the execution of plating to the satisfaction of the Executive Chef during daily service; stocking and prepping mis en place for meal service; maintaining cleanliness & sanitation of the work area, etc.
A big focus for this position will be perfecting each station in the kitchen, giving you the chance to showcase your culinary talents with each item offered on our menu at any given time.
This job requires a bit of technical skill, a background in elevated dining or culinary arts is a plus.
A successful Rounds Cook will thrive in an environment that is dependent on the skills of its staff to prepare for a busy service & will be motivated, with an eye for detail, a high sense of pride in your work and the drive to not just meet, but exceed our guests' expectations.
Willingness to learn is a plus in this position your drive & will to succeed will be one of your greatest assets.
